• All entries must be received by midnight Sunday, December 31, 2008
• No purchase necessary
• Void where prohibited by law
• Not responsible for lost or misdirected entries
• Entrants from 13-18 years submit with parents’ written consent
• Taxes are the responsibility of winner
• Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility
• Estimated value of prizes: Wacom Cintiq 21UX ($2000), Prize Pack ($100)
• Winner consents to the use of their name and likeness for promotion
