I am with penalty personally. but i think that the creators of C.S.I. could have prevented the who from selling out by putting forth the effort to create their own theme song. so i believe that the C>S>I> creators are to blame and that the who has just been desinsitized by fame and money as many rock stars/bands tend to do.

I dislike selling out but is it truly selling out if lets say The Who likes the show CSI: Miami.

As much as I usually side with Penalty, I'm definately with Lloyd on this one.  Although, I'm a little disturbed by the fact they went on a "Themes of CSI Tour" not that long ago.  There's definately something that doesn't compute there.

I'm with Lloyd on this one. The song fits the show perfectly.

"Meet the new boss. Same as the old boss." Clearly shows how each character is the same on each of the 3 shows.

They made the song - its their product, they can use it however they want.

Its not right to say "oh they can't tarnish their career by associating with a crappy show". Big deal! That song is probably what MAKES the show popular.
