Dan that flower picture at the end is from of a huge rug hooking kit from the 70's. I found the exact one at the thrift store years ago..The kind with all the little peices of yarn that you loop on a piece of material. I got half done hooking the rug and I gave up !!!The damn thing was too big. I donated it back to the thrift store.

You’re super! Hope you can come up with a feed or collection of your creations. It will surely be something worth watching by everybody. Other than it’s fun it is also very educational.

This is so fantastic! I've watched this at least half a dozen times, it never gets old and I always catch something new that I missed before. I never pass videos around but I've sent this link around to all my friends. Keep it up man!
LOL, this is freakin' fantastic. These are so true – and so a reflection of our society right now. I never quite got the Star Wars kid thing-- but a lot of the other stuff was funny. Loved the short on Tom Cruise zapping Opera – he he. That was definitely weird, that interview. And, yes, we can find it all on the internet. The start of it was perfect – that rodent makes me laugh every time. I've got the link to it on Youtube permanently bookmarked.
Thanks for very interesting article. I really enjoyed reading all of your posts. It?s interesting to read ideas, and observations from someone else?s point of view? makes you think more. So please keep up the great work.

GREAT vid, and I know a lot of the things mentioned in the vid, but still just around 25%. could give kind of a list of source. would like to check everything u mentioned in this vid. would be nice keep up the good work
Yeah, it would be great if one could link to all the "people." I'm an old person but am hip (see what I mean about being old) to a lot of 'em and would love to acquaint myself with all of 'em.
Cool, I don't think that was in chronological order but whatever. Has a real "We Didn't Start the Fire" feel to it. But where were the retarded animal babies, happy tree friends, star wars gangsta rap, Badger Badgers and Red vs Blue? I know there are too many famous internet things for you to list them all, but a lot of what you did have wasn't really internet, they were just stuff from TV that got you-tubed a lot, I think you could have left them out to make room for some internet only classics. Oh well, maybe you can do an internet people 2 someday.
Dan, this is one of your best videos, but you could of added so much more. If you ever make a second, I reccomend Chris Crocker, Potter Puppet Pals, Skateboarding Dog, Beer Tongs brand Beer Tongs, blunty3000, and there's a lot more.

actually knew most of those vids... and i'm meant to be working... are the 2 connected
Make an internet people 2! This needs a sequal it was so good! Use dog-shit-girl, pedo-bear, the crazy frog bros, an hero Mitchell (one who lost the ipod) and others! It needs sequal, it was too funny!!
oh man, I couldn't contain my laughter once the "chocolate rain" bit came up. is it bad that I know at least 80% of all these references?? good work dan, keep em comin!
You know. As a hard of hearing adult -- is it so hard for web video to be captioned? Even iTunes now supports captioning, but where are the captioned videos? Please consider this in the future. Thanks.
Haha. Pure genious; I've been spending the better part of the week trying to find all those videos off Youtube, between playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Garry's Mod.
I was wondering what the original song name and who the original artist of the song was. Cause I know I've heard it before just can't remember the actuall song.
SIMPLY THE BEST I rarely get excited over anything posted by "creative" types and ok jib-jab is one of the few i ever watched. BUT HOT DAMN people this is by far the best i have seen in like ever. i am serious. i send it to my friends and they howl! just the best. its all perfect. the guy singing, the words, the pictures. you so need to be super famous. maybe you are and i am just slow lol. probably. but anyway MORE MORE MORE!!!!!
Omg! This is the best thing ever. I admit, I haven't seen all of these videos, but (sadly) I have seen most of them. I especially enjoyed the "Chocolate Rain" portion at the end. That guy is crazy. But my favorite part is the Zombie Kid that says "I like Turt-oles!" That sealed it for me. That made this the official best thing on the net. Thank you so much! You made my day(s)
I've watched this video many times and left several comments, but I just realized, this is the internet equivalent of "We Didn't Start The Fire," haha. It's amazing how much attention this has gotten in such a short amount of time.
Um...which one was the one where the woman looks like she's reading the news in front of a map? I don't remember watching that video. Please let me know.
I've compiled a list of the mentioned memes and their original sources for anyone who wants to watch the originals: http://www.rumorsdaily.com/2007/09/07/internet-people-who-are-they/

First off, I loved this, but I can't believe you didn't include the Shakira spoof! It was #1 worldwide on Google Video for months with 16.5 million plays (it's been taken down, but there's a YouTube mirror with 3 million views already) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4YHoeSVLWdM The guys are friends of mine, so it would have been especially cool for me to see. But you seem to have caught most everything else!
And here I thought I had such a great idea with a song + slideshow called "My Internet Friends": http://www.palacefamilysteakhouse.com/slideshow.php?flickruser=slUbglUb As usual, I'm outdone by smarter, wittier people again. Darn.
Some one should post some links to the original flicks. I don't know half of them. To kick things off, here is the South Park Trailer:
