@Fly Boy: "Pet Peeves": It was diferent, sorta weird, but I still gave it a 3.

@In-Out: Very cool! Awesome music and animation. Very creative! 4

  • VoodooPuff wrote on April 12, 4:19 pm

@My Little Obsessive Compulsive Friend: That was really beautifully drawn and animated. I love pencil tests.

  • ekosix wrote on April 12, 5:25 pm

@My Little Obsessive Compulsive Friend: Very unique idea, and very well animated. It's always nice to see someone animate the old-fashioned way, without so much software.

  • ekosix wrote on April 12, 5:26 pm

@Fly Boy: "Pet Peeves": The reversed roles were great. I never realized how creepy old ladies can be as an animal.

  • ekosix wrote on April 12, 5:29 pm

@In-Out: I was surprised to see that so much emotion still came through without any mouths. You could almost see the smiles at the end. It also had a great Dilbert-esque concept that was very funny.

  • ekosix wrote on April 12, 5:31 pm

@"The Irok-Z Song" by the High Speed Scene: I think the quality level was important to the concept. It reminded me of the drawings people do when they are bored in school. It helped seal the idea.

  • titenfisch wrote on April 12, 6:39 pm

@"The Irok-Z Song" by the High Speed Scene: liked the song, but i agree that the quality could have been a lot better.

  • tuomime wrote on April 12, 7:40 pm

@"The Irok-Z Song" by the High Speed Scene: Yay. I liked this a lot. The story line was cute and the animation was old school... and cool.

  • tuomime wrote on April 12, 7:40 pm

@My Little Obsessive Compulsive Friend: Hehe. What a mean kid.

  • tuomime wrote on April 12, 7:41 pm

@Fly Boy: "Pet Peeves": That was definately different. I really found it to be quite amusing. And creepy. But creepy is a good thing.

  • tuomime wrote on April 12, 7:42 pm

@In-Out: The expressions that conveyed so much without having to resort to the easy and obvious mouth was what amde it. Well done.

  • chuymatt wrote on April 12, 8:26 pm

@Fly Boy: "Pet Peeves": Gotta love the hispanic cat, man. That and the miniaturization of the already creepy sweater knitting thing. I loved it, esei.

@My Little Obsessive Compulsive Friend: I Love this. A gutsy move to show rough pencil animation.

  • jimmynock wrote on April 13, 7:23 am

@Fly Boy: "Pet Peeves": I laughed out loud when the old lady cat started growling. Very funny

@"The Irok-Z Song" by the High Speed Scene: They seem influenced by Weezer a lot. Not bad.

  • McCullough wrote on April 13, 5:00 pm

@"The Irok-Z Song" by the High Speed Scene: This video peaked my interest in the group. I ended up liking all of the other songs they offer and just bought their CD on iTunes. I recommend cehcking them out (especially the song "Fuck and Spend").

  • Zac wrote on April 18, 12:08 pm

@"The Irok-Z Song" by the High Speed Scene: I enjoyed this quite a bit. I think the quality of the animation was exactly what it was supposed to be. A solid 4 in my opinion.

  • Zac wrote on April 18, 12:09 pm

@My Little Obsessive Compulsive Friend: I was also a big fan of this one. That kid was a horrible horrible person, and it made me laugh. I think I'll give it a 5, although just barely.

  • Zac wrote on April 18, 12:10 pm

@Fly Boy: "Pet Peeves": That was totally bizarre, and very funny. I enjoyed it very much. Another 4.

  • Zac wrote on April 18, 12:15 pm

@In-Out: I thought it was excellent up until the end when it faded back in. The co-employee of the month on vacation thing seemed contrived and dumb. I think the short would have been stronger if there was a different ending, or even if the clip had just ended the first time it faded to black. But other than that it was an interesting and funny short with some excellent human moments expressed without mouths, which strengthened the subtle moments of emotion. A solid 4 despite the end.

  • Popezilla wrote on July 20, 10:47 am

@"The Irok-Z Song" by the High Speed Scene: Didn't like the song. Animation was okay. But the song was pretty lame. Highest point was when he flipped off the guy in the car.

  • Popezilla wrote on July 20, 10:48 am

@My Little Obsessive Compulsive Friend: Absolutely LOVED it. So simple and innocent, yet very funny.

  • TommyOkami wrote on July 21, 1:46 pm
